Leeson Mews

A mews building at the rear of a typical Georgian street needed refurbishment and extension into a five bedroom home – our intent was to dissolve boundaries between inside and outside and bring light through the section: levels float up and down to create interlocking volumes for people to be together or have their private zones. The elegant materiality of the existing fabric is matched by robust concrete finishes, with timber and marble where they are in contact with the human hand.
