We are delighted to be starting construction on the Tallaght Innovation Centre, an exciting new project for South Dublin County Council.

The Innovation Centre will be a landmark building for Tallaght Town Centre, bringing start-up companies to the area. There will be a public area on the ground floor with town hall space and a café, complete with co-working space and lettable offices in various sizes on the upper floors of the building, with the Innovation Centre fronting directly onto a new urban plaza. The 4-storey 2,980msq building is set to be completed in 2023.
