For this special joint lecture, McCullough Mulvin Architects and Shaffrey Architects shall give a talk on two Irish projects selected for the 2019 EU Mies Award shortlist. Nominated for the Medieval Mile Museum, Kilkenny, and 14 Henrietta Street, Dublin, respectively, both practices will present the thinking and making behind these works. Sharing themes of conservation and reuse, the lecture is envisioned as an opportunity for conversation between projects, betweens architects, and the public.
